Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and OneCommerce Inc., a New York corporation ("OneCommerce", "we", "us"), the operator of Sailwyn (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Sailwyn provides reporting, analytics, and campaign optimization tools for Amazon sellers. Where you enable these features, the Service may update advertising budgets and bids in your Amazon Ads account, and may send Amazon's standard review requests for eligible orders, only as configured and approved by you; all such actions are logged. The Service does not modify listings, orders, or any other seller account data. Product features may change as we improve the Service or respond to Amazon platform requirements.

Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for business use by Amazon sellers and their authorized staff. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Amazon authorization

Connecting Amazon data requires authorization through Amazon's official OAuth flows. You may only connect Amazon accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You may revoke the Service's access at any time through your Amazon account settings or by contacting support. Revocation stops future data synchronization; deletion of stored data is handled as described on our Data Deletion page.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to access data belonging to another customer, interfere with the operation or security of the Service, resell access to the Service without our agreement, or use the Service in violation of Amazon's policies or applicable law.

Customer data

Data you connect or upload to the Service remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to process that data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

During early access, pricing and any applicable fees are communicated at signup. We will not charge you without your agreement to a plan and its price.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by OneCommerce Inc. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

No guarantee of marketplace outcomes

The Service provides data and tools. We do not guarantee sales, ranking, advertising performance, profitability, or any Amazon approval or marketplace outcome. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before acting on them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, for security reasons, or if required by Amazon platform policies, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
